THE WINES:

La Forge 2021 vin rouge biodynamique magnum 150cl Minervois you also offer the guaranteeCuve paying homage to Grard Bertrand's father, who adored this plot of old Carignan vines, some of which are over 100 years old The name Forge comes from the land registry; the plot contains all the elements needed for forging: wood for the fire and water to cool the metal With great breadth, the palate reveals powerful and elegant aromas evoking "jammy" red fruits. It is a very great wine with high ageing potential (20 years)
