JH Engstrôm. Occident and who had sought amongPhotographer, filmmaker, and author of numerous critically acclaimed books, JH Engstrm has been creating a poetry of images and words since the early 1990s. Drawing on his life, his memory, and his environment, JH Engstrm articulates the rural and the urban in his work as a metaphor for many other relationships: reflection and impulse, security and vulnerability, youth and adulthood, self and others, nature and civilization.
