Astilbe chinensis Amber Moon PP 26028 Aster Because it is summer dormantThe year was 1997 when we first saw Astilbe 'Amber Moon' in the garden of its creator, Darrell Probst. Despite desperately trying to get it into cultivation earlier, a series of horticultural mishaps delayed its official introduction. We are pleased to present this amazing gold foliage selection of the heat tolerant Astilbe chinensis. Astilbe chinensis 'Amber Moon' makes a 30" tall x 18" wide clump of golden foliage which emerges brightest in spring
