Indeed this is the only burgundy appellation where Sauvignon Blanc is allowed. Typically dry, crisp, aromatic whites with notes of citrus, white flowers and a flinty minerality. The wines are often compared to those from the Loire valley but with a Burgundian twist! This wine is a blend of grapes coming from 2 Terroirs ,
