Freia Sculpture, Cinder Black Safavieh Tones of gray and ivoryThis dramatic, contemporary sculpture is comprised of hand carved variegated ovoid shapes, stacked to over four feet high. Artisan carved of Mindi wood, it is finished it with hand applied layers of deep cinder black that highlight the intrinsic beauty of the wood's natural grain. The work is simple but evocative, and anchored with a square base in the same material.
