Ancient Roman UTERE FILICITER Silver Signet Ring Size:7.75 The execution is excellent -DATE: Roman, 2nd Century AD "UTERE FELICITER" Use This Happily. This signet ring is, remarkably, around 1800 years old. A rare example of Latin script actually written (well, engraved) by a Roman. It's crafted in silver with the most beautiful patina, and should be worn in happiness apparently. The sentiment is sort of an anti Memento Mori, Memento Vivere, with a bit of material gratification mixed in for good measure. Very charming indeed.
