Otis Spann #160 Tommy Cheng Painting Size:16x9 Robin FernandoPortrait of Chicago blues musician Otis Spann. The painted plywood is cut out to trace the outline of Spann's face, and this only further brings the portrait to life. Tommy Cheng is a contemporary outsider and folk artist who lives and paints in Washington Heights. His unique style of portraiture has attracted gallery shows in New York, San Francisco, Washington D. C., Atlanta, and Paris. Cheng's portraits are inspired by pop culture and celebrities.
