Necessario - Framed art-code-AUS-018 Edition 4/45Photograph, Edition of 10, 22" x 28" This is the name of this horse, an Andalusian stallion I photographed running through the forest in the south of France. This horse had a beautiful spirit, and he would run just for the sheer joy of running and being alive. This is one of the few images where I added a textured background to make it look more painterly and ethereal. Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesnt. But this time it worked very well.
