protect the sea otter’s home GOGS menaçant leur survieSea otters live close to shore in temperate coastal waters with rocky or soft ocean bottoms. They eat a variety of seafood and are one of the few mammals that utilize tools to feed. Long hunted for their valuable fur, sea otters were almost driven to extinction but are now protected by law. In spite of legal protection, environmental contamination and entanglements in fishing nets are ongoing threats for this species. Buy this tax deductible gift
