Domaine de Montbourgeau Crémant du Jura Blanc Brut Zéro, NV South African RIesling topped with mayo100% Chardonnay. This lovely crmant is always from a single vintage even though it is bottled N V and is a true brut zro, never receiving dosage. Fermentation is clean, done in stainless steel, but after malolactic fermentation the wine is racked into small and intermediate sized barrels (225 600L). After two years the wine is assembled and left in tank for a few months before bottling. It is powerful yet linear, mouthwatering and precise, and a
